ALBORANO WINS; INTERNET TROLLS LOSE
During my professional Law Enforcement career, I learned to be an optimist, more than a pessimist As the old adage, “A PESSIMIST sees the difficulty in every opportunity; an OPTIMIST sees the opportunity in every difficulty.” I’ve also learned GOOD, will always overcome EVIL! Such is the same, in the DINA ALBORANO case. On Tuesday, August 20, 2019 DINA ALBORANO, accompanied by her lawyer, met with representatives of the New Jersey Attorney Generals Office. The brief, but productive and cordial meeting was in response to an administrative subpoena duces tecum issued by the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office relative to financial and other records for DINA ALBORANO and her New Jersey based horse rescue business; ICAREIHELP.
The subpoena was issued in response to an overwhelming number of mass contact complaints initiated by internet trolls, alleging ALBORANO of committing egregious and fraudulent law violations of every type and kind. Another myth being circulated on social media outlets as well as in various news reporting outlets is the one, concerning Alborano being under criminal investigation.
To date, there hasn’t been an official criminal investigation launched against DINA ALBORANO and ICAREIHELP, by any law enforcement agency. Alborano has never been read a “Miranda Warning” prior to an interview with Law Enforcement, which is the law. More specifically, prior to a law enforcement agent/officer interviewing an individual pertaining to a criminal investigation or law violation, the individual (interviewee) is read the Miranda Warning which protects the civil rights of the interviewee and affords the individual the opportunity of having a lawyer present during questioning. The Miranda Warning is signed by the interviewee as well as the interviewing Officer or Agent and a copy of the same is provided to the interviewee, by the interviewing officer. Therefore, the only instituted criminal investigations, of ALBORANO, is in the minds of the delusional internet trolls and overzealous journalists which they, themselves, devised and circulated on social media outlets to specifically cyber stalk, cyber bully, harass, slander, defame intimidate and cause harm to ALBORANO’s reputation and business; ICAREIHELP.
Further, the New Jersey AG’s Office subpoena simply entailed a production of documents request, for a myriad financial and other records from Alborano and her New Jersey based horse rescue business; ICAREIHELP, in order for the New Jersey Attorney Generals Office to conduct a complete operational overview of the BUSINESS. Nothing more, nothing less.
However, one fact of law was determined. The mass contact and mass media circulation itself is a criminal violation of the law and includes, but is not limited to and constitutes: Cyber Bulling, Cyber Stalking, Harassment, Defamation, Slander, Character Assassination, Filing a False Police Report as well as Conspiracy to commit the same, at its finest. At its conclusion, ALBORANO was given the green light, by the New Jersey Prosecutors Office to file criminal charges against one and all involved in this malicious and criminal activity and behavior.
NEW JERSEY ATTORNEY GENERAL APPROVES ALBORANO TO RESUME RESCUING HORSES
Additionally, and at the conclusion of the approximately twenty minute meeting the New Jersey Attorney Generals staff approved ALBORANO to resume rescuing horses and fund raising for this charitable purpose. In fact, the New Jersey Attorney Generals staff offered free help to ALBORANO to ensure her future donor fund raising and charitable horse rescue endeavor remains successful. Another fact evolving from the meeting with the New Jersey Attorney General’s staff is: A person or business entity doesn’t have to be a 501 C 3 Non-Profit to rescue horses.
FORENSIC AUDITS OF ALBORANO’S FINANCIAL RECORDS
For the record, ALBORANO’S financial records, as a result of the Hal Parker fiasco and the Illegal Internet Trolls actions, have undergone four separate and independent forensic financial audits with each one determining the same out come, i.e., no criminal wrong doing on ALBORANO’S part or Men’s Rea, i.e., a criminal intent to commit fraud. All of the raised donor funds were accounted for as being expended through ICAREIHELP SOLELY for ICAREIHELP business purposes (ONLY), and the financial records balanced.
In fact, at the end of 2018 each forensic audit determined ICAREIHELP had an excess of a little less than $18,000.00 left over in its financial account. In order to zero out this account, ALBORANO donated these funds to a 501 C 3 Non-Profit Charitable horse rescue in Colorado after the internet trolls and bad press articles shut down ALBORANO’s business. This donation was verified as legal and factual, in every respect, by law enforcement.
ALBORANO DIDN’T RECEIVE A SALARY FROM ICAREIHELP
Another fact determined by the Forensic Financial Audits is: Alborano never received a salary, from ICAREIHELP. However, by law, and for the record Alborano was legally entitled to receive a salary from ICAREIHELP. Instead of receiving a salary, Alborano chose not to, opting instead to use all available donor funding, except funding used for legitimate ICAREIHELP business expenses, for the rescued horses. This established fact contradicts the fraudulent information being stated and circulated on social media’s outlets, i.e., TWITTER and FACEBOOK.COM, by the Internet Trolls stating ALBORANO misused funds, killed and abused horses.
ALBORANO FALSELY ACCUSED OF MISAPPROPRIATION OF DONOR FUNDING AND CLEARED
The Forensic Audits also substantiated and verified that DINA ALBORANO never used any donor funding for any personal purposes, as fraudulently alleged by the Internet Trolls. The donor funds were only used for legitimate business operating expenses. Just another blatant lie and myth instigated and circulated by the Internet Trolls on various social media outlets. Notwithstanding, another simple fact was established during the Forensic Audits and that is: ALBORANO’s horse rescue; ICAREIHELP, never received a million dollars in donations. As Booker T. Washington once said: “A lie doesn’t become truth, wrong doesn’t become right and evil doesn’t become good just because it’s accepted by a majority.”
ALBORANO NEVER CHARGED A FEE FOR ADOPTING OUT HORSES
Another revelation emerged, from the forensic audits, e.g.,: Unlike other horse rescues who charge a fee for adopting out horses or acquire horses off the back side of a racetrack instead of the “Kill Pen,” for profit selling, while asking for public donations to feed their stock that’s waiting to be sold; including in the Keeneland Sale, ALBORANO never charged a fee for rehoming or adopting out horses. Every horse went to a new home FREE OF CHARGE.
ALBORANO IS NEVER CRIMINALLY INVESTIGATED FOR OR CHARGED WITH: KILLING OR ABUSING HORSES
Contrary to the myriad lies circulating on social media outlets instigated by the malicious but illegal Internet Trolls, is the fact that at no time was ALBORANO investigated for, implicated in, or accused of horse abuse or the killing of horses, by law enforcement. Just more lies which were used as talking points and propaganda by the Internet Trolls to jump-start needless and unnecessary investigations into ALBORANO and ICAREIHELP.
This is substantiated by the fact that the Union Parish Sheriff’s Office (UPSO) contacted ALBORANO and “requested” ALBORANO to pickup one of her seized horses which ALBORANO, did in fact do. According to ALBORANO and contrary to previous lies being stated by (NTWO) and the Lucky 5 announcement, (UPSO) initiated the pickup request. ALBORANO didn’t demand the return of the horse. Alborano picked up the horse with a full release from the (UPSO) and the District Attorney’s Office. The horse was placed with a rescue in Colorado, remains there today and is doing fine.
WHAT IS CYBERBULLYING?
Cyberbullying is bullying that takes place over digital devices like cell phones, computers, and tablets. Cyberbullying can occur through SMS, Text, and apps, or online in social media, forums, or gaming where people can view, participate in, or share content. Cyberbullying includes sending, posting, or sharing negative, harmful, false, or mean content about someone else. It can include sharing personal or private information about someone else causing embarrassment or humiliation. Some cyberbullying crosses the line into unlawful or criminal behavior.
The most common places where cyberbullying occur are:
Social Media, such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Twitter. SMS (Short Message Service) also known as Text Message sent through devices. Instant Message (via devices, email provider services, apps, and social media messaging features) Email.
IS CYBERBULLYING ILLEGAL?
All states have various criminal laws that might apply to bullying behaviors, depending on the nature of the act. For example, if someone is physically hurting another, assault statutes might apply. All states also have criminal harassment and/or stalking statutes, and most include explicit reference to electronic forms.
THE WORM TURNS: THE NEW JERSEY PROSECUTORS OFFICE GIVES ALBORANO THE GREEN LIGHT TO FILE CRIMINAL CHARGES AGAINST COMPLAINANTS.
According to Alborano, the New Jersey Prosecutors Office gave ALBORANO the green light to file criminal complaints and charges against any and/or all identifiable individuals involved with the social media’s cyberbullying, cyberstalking, harassment and slander of ALBORANO and her business ICAREIHELP, including those individuals operating fraudulent social media or “SPOOF” accounts.
“SPOOF” accounts are accounts that are being operated by an individual under a fictitious or false account name for the sole purpose of cyberbullying, cyberstalking, threats, harassment, slander, character assassination or the intimidation of ALBORANO, without revealing their true identities. However, identifying the true identities of these individuals setting up and operating “SPOOF” accounts is an easy job for a law enforcement cyber crimes unit. All of these accounts have been well documented, identified as well as the ones setting them up and continue to be.
Also according to ALBORANO, the target areas for filing criminal complaints and charges include, but is not limited to, law enforcement agencies in: Waco, Texas, Colorado Springs, Colorado, Louisiana, The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association (NOAA); Washington, DC, The Department of Justice, Nebraska, Iowa, Michigan, California, Illinois, New Jersey, Kentucky, Brooksville, Florida, Wisconsin and Buffalo, New York. The criminal complaints and charges are being filed against any and/or all individual(s) who filed false, erroneous and/or fraudulent information to law enforcement in order to jump start an investigation into ALBORANO and her business ICAREIHELP.
Furthermore, and according to ALBORANO these needless inquiries by law enforcement has severely damaged ALBORANO as well as her charitable horse rescue; ICAREIHELP, from legal fees alone. These criminal complaints also include the individuals responsible for setting up and disseminating the “MASS CONTACT” requests, whose identities are well known and documented.
According to ALBORANO, ALBORANO has requested for the complainants, themselves, to be criminally investigated and where appropriate ALBORANO will sign a criminal complaint charging any individual who’s determined to have committed the crimes of filing false police reports, cyberbullying, harassment, cyberstalking, slander, defamation and “MASS CONTACT” of ALBORANO as well as her New Jersey based business; ICAREIHELP.
CIVIL LAWSUITS FOR DAMAGE RECOVERY
In addition to the foregoing, ALBORANO states her next step is to file civil lawsuits against certain individuals in this matter for a recovery of damages due, in part, to ALBORANO’s accumulated legal fees, the loss of her Radio Talk Show, the shutting down of ICAREIHELP as well as the severe damaged that’s been done to her business and personal reputation in this matter.
